Colonel Blides Pub Ale

Schnick Schnack Sour Ale
Our Berliner Style Weisse sour might be named after the German phrase for meaningless chatter, but this light bodied, hazy, pale straw beer has lots to talk about! Dry hopped with Chinook hops and brewed with pilsner-malt and loads of wheat, our kettle-soured beer is wonderfully tart with a lemon-like flavor and citrus dry finish.

Citrita IPA
This single hop IPA boasts aromas and flavors of sweet lemon and soft, ripe mango. Brewed with Europils barley malt and White wheat, this citrusy brew is kettle hopped and generously dry hopped entirely with Citra hops. A light, medium body is produced with a soft mouthfeel.

Fractal Haze Mosaic IPA
This single hop beer is out of this world! The wonderful hazy, golden color comes from the mix of barley, oats and wheat used in the mash. Loads of Mosaic hops added during the brew and again in the dry-hopping process impart flavors and aromas of citrus, berries and lush tropical fruit.

Brew Jitsu IPA (not currently available)
Like in the art of Jui Jitsu, our Brew Jitsu Session IPA is all about starting with a strong base and building a strategy through combinations of movements. We start with layers of barley, wheat, oats, and Azacca & Idaho #7 hops in the kettle. We follow up this move by generously dry-hopping with more Azacca & Idaho #7. Take down the aromas and notes of tropical fruit, sweet citrus, and ripe pear resulting from this strategy.
Fall Festius IPA (not currently available)
Grab a sweater and enjoy the changing leaves with the perfect beer to transition from summer to fall! This bold, brown IPA delivers a hop medley of tropical fruit, melon, and citrus, but is equally supported by a strong malt foundation for balance. It's a hop lover’s delight!

East Coast Lager
The beer that started it all for Cricket Hill. First brewed in 2001, this full-flavored Helles Lager has a clear golden color with a wonderful balance of crisp malt flavors and a mild hop finish. Enjoy it with a hearty meal or by itself.

Hazy Way Lager
You'll be in heaven while sipping this triple hopped Hazy Lager! Mandarina Bavaria, Amarillo, and Lemon Drop hops are known for their aromas, notes and flavors of tropical fruit, sweet orange and lemon. Oktoberfest Lager (Cans not currently available, draft only)
This Marzen style unfiltered lager, featuring German Munich malt and Sterling hops, pairs well with salty pretzels and lederhosen. The flavor of this dark, golden brew has a bready, malty sweetness with a hint of spiciness. It finishes clean and slightly dry, with rich aromas of lightly toasted malt and mild hop character.

Milkman Oatmeal Milk Stout
The milkman delivers! This creamy and luscious stout features a rich, dark, full body, eye appealing light brown head with layers of flavor and aroma. This treat for your tastebuds has a semi-sweet chocolate and coffee flavor derived from several dark specialty malts, oats, and lactose used in the brew.

PORTER
Psycho Cricket Porter (not currently available)
Some people say brewing a porter with 9 different grains and 2 different hops is crazy, but we say no, it's psycho! This brew will drive you nuts for more with it's slight roast flavor and mild finish. You just might need to have your head checked after indulging in this smooth dark gem of a beer!
Smoked Rye Porter (not currently available)
This dark beer features five different barley and rye grains, including one smoked with beech-wood. It has wonderful aromas and flavors of barbeque, chocolate, and the subtle spice of the rye malt.
